José Peleteiro has a diverse work experience in the customer success and account management fields. José started their career in 2008 as a Manager at Apartamentos Soldoiro. From there, they worked as an E-distribution Manager at Barcelo Hotels & Resorts from 2011 to 2013. Following that, they were a Business and Contracting Manager at BookingB2B, where they developed a new product targeting the Brazilian market. José then joined Booking.com as an Account Manager from 2013 to 2014. In 2015, they held multiple roles, including Host Account Manager at HouseTrip and Customer Success Manager at Nonius. José furthered their customer success expertise by joining GuestU in the same year, where they managed clients, provided technical support, and reported bugs. In 2019, they joined B-Guest as a Customer Success professional, a role they held until 2023.

José Peleteiro obtained their Licentiate degree in Hotel Management from the Escola Superior de Turismo e Hotelaria do Estoril, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. José later pursued further education and completed a Master's degree in Hotel Management at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2010 to 2011.
