Sourabh Sil is an accomplished finance reporting IT platform manager and senior vice president with extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving at Nomura since October 2008. In addition to managing financial reporting, Sourabh leads Japan Financial Reporting and has previously held titles such as vice president and team leader. Prior to Nomura, Sourabh worked as a senior developer at Lehman Brothers from August 2006 to September 2008 and began a career as a software engineer at Patni Computer Systems from June 2003 to July 2006, where initial projects involved supporting applications for the Asia region. Educational qualifications include a BE in Electronics from Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology (2000-2003) and a Diploma in Industrial Electronics from Shree Ram Polytechnic (1997-2000), along with foundational SSC education from New English School, Kalwa and BES High School.
