Max Johnson currently serves as the Corporate Recruitment Team Lead at Nomura, a leading financial services group, since August 2021. Prior to this role, Max Johnson has been with Robert Walters since May 2012, holding various titles including Account Manager for Recruitment Outsourcing with a focus on Nomura Corporate Recruitment in the Asia Pacific region, as well as Senior Manager roles overseeing projects in strategy and technology. Max Johnson has extensive experience managing recruitment divisions for projects, change, data science, and information security across financial services and commercial sectors. Earlier career experiences include roles at Currency Solutions as a Junior Corporate Broker and Business Development Executive. Max Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Science and Management from the University of Nottingham Trent.
