Tushar Sahay is a skilled Development Engineer with extensive experience in software development and project leadership. Currently employed at NomuPay since May 2022, Tushar previously held several roles at Barclays from August 2016 to October 2022, including Assistant Vice President (Technical Lead) and Senior Developer, where significant contributions included the design and development of a user interface utilizing React.js/Redux and a rules engine for a claims intake project, for which Tushar received the Barclays Spot Award. Additionally, Tushar served in various leadership capacities at Toastmasters International, enhancing membership engagement, from September 2021 to October 2022. Tushar's foundational education includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from RCOEM and earlier studies in Computer Science at Bhavans Vidya Mandir and Modern School.
