Mina Mamdouh has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and technology. Mina started their career as an IT Specialist at TOPCHEM for Chemical Materials, where they installed operating systems and provided technical support to employees. Mina then worked as a System Analyst at Fayoum University before joining KIT Consulting EG as a System Engineer and M365 Administrator. In this role, they provided technical support, documentation support, and operational support to system infrastructures. After that, Mina worked at Alnafitha IT as a Microsoft 365 | Security | Modern Workplace Specialist, where they utilized Microsoft customers' cloud tenants, consulted and workshopped solutions for customers, and provided O365 admin training. Currently, they are employed at Nomo Fintech as a Cloud Security Operations Engineer.

Mina Mamdouh completed their Bachelor's degree in Computers and Information Systems at Fayoum University from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. This includes an Azure Fundamental certification from Microsoft, obtained in August 2022; CompTIA Network+ (N10-007) Cert Prep: 1 Understanding Networks certification from LinkedIn, obtained in January 2021; and an Oracle Developer 10g certification from Next Academy, obtained in December 2016.
