Victor Navarro is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Information Technology Operations Specialist III at Nomi Health since February 2022. As CEO of PC Doctor Miami, LLC since December 2015, Victor provides IT consulting and computer repair services to private clients and small businesses, specializing in complex PC and network problem resolution. Previously, Victor worked as a Field Engineer for Atlas International Technology Services Inc and Hewlett-Packard, where responsibilities included IT and network services for corporate clients and supporting users across Latin America and the Caribbean. Early career experience as a Desktop Support Technician for Miami-Dade County involved supporting over 1,500 end-users and maintaining system functionality across government departments.
