Michael Nagel MBA possesses over 30 years of extensive experience in aviation operations, management, and workforce logistics. Currently serving as Senior Advisor of Business Solutions at Nomadis since May 2015, Michael specializes in optimizing workforce scheduling and resource management for the resource and healthcare sectors. Previous roles include Aviation & Workforce Logistics Advisor at Nagel Aviation Consulting, where Michael supported the global mining and oil and gas industries, and Bp America Aviation Adviser, providing consulting services for helicopter and fixed-wing operations. Michael has held leadership positions at CHC Helicopter as Director of Key Accounts, Operations Manager at Helijet International Inc., and General Manager at Royal Pacific Destinations, among others. Michael holds an MBA from Athabasca University and has a rich background as a helicopter pilot, accumulating over 5000 flight hours.
