Isabelle Carrels, MBA has been working in the business industry since 2012. Isabelle began their career at Pollin Electronic GmbH as a Business Customer Service Representative, where they were responsible for receiving inbound calls and emails regarding business customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints, following up with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction, listening to client feedback and forwarding suggestions to appropriate departments, maintaining excellent time management and focusing on details, and working with many different software. In 2017, Isabelle moved to Angell Marketing as a Marketing Assistant/Office Coordinator. In 2018, they took on the role of Marketing Manager at Carrels Investment Properties. Currently, Isabelle is employed at Nomadic Agency, where they work as a Project Manager and Account Coordinator.

Isabelle Carrels completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Retail Management from Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt in 2016. During their studies, they also attended St. Cloud State University in 2014 for International Business Management. In 2017, they graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Ottawa University.
