Rickard Dahlgren currently serves as VP and Head of Business Control and Strategic Business Development for Engineered Solutions at Nolato since February 2024. Prior to this role, Rickard held various leadership positions at Alleima, including VP and Acting President of the Business Unit Heating Systems, where responsibilities encompassed full P&L oversight of a 1.7 SEK billion business and global operations across several regions. Additional roles at Alleima included VP and Head of Strategy, Business Development, Sustainability and M&A for the Kanthal Division. Earlier experience includes VP and Head of Strategy, Business Development and M&A at Sandvikā€™s Kanthal Division, and several strategic roles within Ramboll, where responsibilities ranged from managing M&A activities to advising on strategy for technical heavy industries. Rickard's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration & Economics from Lund University and a diploma in Strategy and Corporate Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.
