Jonathan Yates is a Senior Director of IT Service Delivery at Nolan Transportation Group since May 2022, bringing extensive experience in IT services and management. Previously, Jonathan held multiple roles at Coyote Logistics from January 2018 to April 2022, including Director of IT Shared Services and ServiceNow Architect. At Highmetric, a Global ServiceNow Partner, from October 2016 to December 2017, Jonathan served as Team Lead and Solutions Consultant. Jonathan also worked as a Consultant at Column Technologies, where responsibilities included front line support and SaaS support model development. Early in the career, Jonathan was a Network Administrator at Ettleson Cadillac Buick GMC, focusing on technology infrastructure planning and maintenance. An alumnus of Oxford Brookes University, Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Theory and Composition.
