Kamal Ballout is an experienced leader in the telecommunications and energy sectors, currently serving as the Head of Nokia Enterprise for the Middle East and Africa since January 2013, where responsibilities include leading go-to-market strategies for the Enterprise market. Previously, Kamal held the position of Global Vice President of Sales & Practice for the Energy Segment, overseeing sales and strategic initiatives globally across Utilities, Oil and Gas, and Mining. Kamal has also served as Vice President of Sales in North America and Global Head of SI Solutions and R&D, focusing on critical communication solutions for various strategic industries. Prior experience includes roles at Alcatel-Lucent, where Kamal was Vice President and Global Leader of the Energy System Integration Division. Academic qualifications include an MBA from The University of Dallas and a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Carleton University.
