Devender Ponnama, MBA, CSM, CSPO, is an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in software deployment and support. At Nokia, since July 2016, Devender has led initiatives to standardize deployment processes and transform software support services, introducing subscription services to enhance efficiency and manage costs. Prior to Nokia, Devender served as a Technical Support Manager at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, where leadership of a high-performance team focused on advanced technical support. Devender’s educational background includes an MBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas, an MS in Computer Science from Wright State University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Osmania University.
