Tine Herheim Jensen has extensive work experience in the security industry. Tine started their career in 2010 as an Operations Manager at Nokas AS, where they were later promoted to Department Manager and then Head of Operation OMC Nordic. Tine also worked as an Avdelingssjef at Avarn Security AS. Tine's roles have involved managing operations and departments within these companies.

Tine Herheim Jensen's education history includes attending Vestfold University College (HiVe) from 2013 to 2014, where they studied "Ledelse og personaladministrasjon" (Management and Human Resource Administration) and "Arbeidsrett" (Labour Law). Additionally, they also attended Høgskolen i Vestfold (HiVe) in 2013, where they studied "coaching og ledelse" (Coaching and Leadership). Prior to that, they graduated from Horten Videregående in 2000, receiving a degree as an "Autorisert Hjelpepleier" (Authorized Assistant Nurse).
