Dr. Swati Kimothi currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Noida International University since December 2023, following a tenure as a Lecturer at Jamia Hamdard from October 2022 to December 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Management Trainee (Regulatory) in Medicinal Plant at QCS Herbals Pvt. Ltd. (September 2021 - November 2022), Food Research Executive at AIMIL Pharmaceuticals (December 2020 - May 2021), and an Internship Trainee at the National Food Laboratory, FSSAI, Govt. of India (July 2020 - October 2020). Dr. Kimothi also worked as a Nutritionist at Health Total by Anjali Mukerjee (February 2016 - June 2016) and completed an internship at Dabur India Limited (May 2014 - June 2014). The educational background includes a PhD in Food Science and Nutrition from CSK Agriculture University (2016 - 2020), an online course in Food Regulatory Affairs from IGMPI (May 2021 - December 2021), an MSc in Foods Nutrition and Dietetics from SHAUTS, Allahabad (2013 - 2015), a PG Diploma in Public Health and Nutrition from Lady Irwin College (2012 - 2013), and a Bachelor's degree in Home Science from Lady Irwin College (2009 - 2012).
