Ayal Zylberman is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently, Zylberman serves as Co-Founder and Chairman of SpeedValue, a public company specializing in cloud and digital services, and Chairman of Leon Pharm, Israel's leading cannabis-focused pharmacy chain. Additional roles include Director at C-DATA, the largest computer and cloud distributor in Israel, and Chairman of Tefen, a management consulting firm committed to operational excellence. Zylberman co-founded Hiliz, focused on medical cannabis, and leads Nogamy, a consulting service for BI and AI domains. Furthermore, Zylberman is the Chairman of CodeValue and Welldone Software Solutions Ltd., and a founder and director at Qualitest, the world’s largest testing company. A member of the advisory board of the Israeli Testing Certification Board, Zylberman holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University, along with additional programming certifications.
