Dagrun Olise Weglo Bye has held a variety of roles since 1997, beginning with a Nurse position at St. Olavs Hospital. Dagrun Olise Weglo then moved to Egra Psychiatric Institution where they worked as a Nurse from 1998-2000. In 2000, they began working at Sørlandet Sykehus Arendal as a Nurse/Consultant. From 2001-2004, they held the role of Consultant at Hiadata AS. From 2004-2014, they worked at Visma, starting as a Support Consultant, then moving to Department Manager of Support and finally Director of Support HRM Int. From 2014-2016, they worked at Tieto as a Customer Manager and Manager of a Resource Management System. From 2016-2019, they were Avdelingsleder Nordmøre og Romsdal and Avdelingsdirektør Møre og Romsdal at Stamina Helse. In 2019, they began working at D-RÅD AS as Leder/Rådgiver. Currently, they are VP Customer Success and Chief Operating Officer at Nofence.

Dagrun Olise Weglo Bye attended Molde University College from 2005 to 2006, studying Management for the health sector. From 1998 to 2000, they attended University of Agder (UiA) to study data, information and management. Dagrun Olise Weglo also attended Molde University College from 1994 to 1997, studying Nurse.
