Richard Cheung is an experienced legal and business professional with expertise in the pharmaceutical and therapeutics sectors. Currently serving as a Member at Univo IRB and as Director at both Transneural Therapeutics and CaaMTech, Richard has held multiple director-level roles and legal positions, including General Counsel at Noetic Fund and Noetic Foundry. Prior experience includes a decade-long tenure as Partner at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin and Board Member at the Toronto Reel Asian International Film Festival. Richard holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences and an LL.B. from reputable institutions, complementing a strong educational foundation in Pharmacy.
