Lisa Dela Cruz currently serves as the Director of Education at NODA, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this, Lisa was at Southwestern University, where roles included Assistant Vice President for Student Life and Director of Mosaic and the Residential Experience from September 2018 to July 2023. Lisa's earlier experience includes positions at The University of Texas at Austin from August 2013 to August 2018, such as Assistant Director of Student Programs and Student Affairs Administrator. Additionally, Lisa held multiple roles at Southwestern University, starting as an intern and advancing to Assistant Director of Student Activities from January 2008 to August 2013. Lisa holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art, Communications, and Art History from Southwestern University.
