Tracy Hatfield is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical leadership and systems engineering. As a Technical Lead at Noblis ESI since August 2016, Tracy oversees the technical direction of IT projects and manages a team of eight, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of solutions. Previous roles include Senior Systems Engineer and Product Owner, where responsibilities included managing contract personnel and serving as the lead architect for Microsoft directory services. Prior to Noblis, Tracy held significant positions at Joint Special Operations Command and the United States Army Special Operations Command, supervising large teams in system administration and infrastructure services. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Champlain College and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Rio Salado College.
