Phil Hill possesses extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Head of Underwriting and Chief Underwriter & Claims Manager at NobleOak Life Limited since July 2014. With a rich background that includes roles such as Executive Manager Retail Underwriting at CommInsure and Chief Underwriter positions at Tower Life and AMP, Phil has demonstrated leadership in various underwriting and claims capacities. As the Owner & Director of PHoenix Risk Insurance Consultancy since January 2014, Phil continues to leverage industry expertise. Education includes qualifications from the Australian Institute of Business and Sydney Business School, along with an Associate Fellowship from ALUCA.
