Tim Owens has a strong background in facilities management and capital expenditures. Tim has held various leadership positions throughout their career, including Senior Director of Facilities & Capital Expenditures at Noble Investment Group since 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Property Operations at Hilton Hotels & Resorts from 2015 to 2018, where they oversaw repairs, maintenance, and capital improvements for a large convention hotel. From 2013 to 2014, Tim was the Director of Facilities for the Chicago Cubs, responsible for repairs, maintenance, and capital improvements at Wrigley Field and other team assets. Tim also implemented a work order and preventative maintenance software system during their time there. Tim held the role of Senior Director of Building Operations at the Florida Panthers/BB&T Center from 2012 to 2013, where they oversaw daily operations, facilities engineering, and capital improvements, including the construction of a new premium space. At the InterContinental Hotel Miami, Tim served as the Director of Engineering from 2009 to 2012, overseeing repairs, maintenance, and capital improvements. Tim also developed and maintained the hotel's capital expenditure plan. Tim began their career at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide in 1997, where they held progressive roles as Director of Engineering at four different properties. During their time at W Atlanta Perimeter, they oversaw the hotel engineering department and successfully coordinated a meeting room renovation.

Tim Owens has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Bridgewater State University. Tim also has a Master of Science degree in Construction Management from Florida International University. In addition to their degrees, Tim has additional certifications as a Certified Engineering Operations Executive (CEOE) and a Six Sigma Green Belt. The specific institutions and dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
