Ricardo Duarte is an experienced professional in the offshore drilling industry, currently serving as Rig Manager at Noble Corporation since June 2023. With a strong background that includes roles as Senior Well Engineer - RIGS at 3R Petroleum and Business Development Partner at OTZ Engenharia, Ricardo has demonstrated expertise in rig contract management, operational oversight, safety compliance, and strategic business expansion. Previous positions include Rig Manager and Rig Manager Assistant at Paragon Offshore and Noble Drilling, where responsibilities encompassed drilling program execution and vessel management for ultra-deepwater dynamically-positioned drillships. Ricardo holds an MSc in Petroleum Engineering and a BSc in Civil Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
