Matthew Carr is an experienced performance coach and engineer with a strong background in project management and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Performance Coach and Lead at Noble Corporation since September 2024, Matthew focuses on enhancing operational performance in drilling, completion, and subsea phases, utilizing expertise in LEAN methodology and strong communication skills. Prior roles include Project Engineer and Graduate Project Engineer at Aquaterra Energy, where Matthew managed projects from inception to client handover, and held the position of ISS Adjunct Project Manager at Holtec Britain. Earlier experience includes agricultural engineering at Randell Agriculture Limited, acting as an Acting Pilot Officer with the Bristol University Air Squadron, and serving as a Sports Assistant at the University of East Anglia. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West of England, completed in 2019.
