Marleen De Groot is a seasoned professional in the fields of environmental management and sustainability, currently serving as a Senior Environmental & Permit Manager at Nobian since August 2022. Previously, Marleen held the position of SHE Manager for DSM, overseeing Safety, Health, and Environment for yeast plants in Delft from April 2014 to August 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Site Environmental Lead at Du Pont de Nemours, where responsibility encompassed environmental affairs and coordination with authorities from October 2011 to March 2014, as well as roles in environmental compliance and engineering at INVISTA and DHV. Marleen's educational background includes a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Groningen and ongoing studies at Delft University of Technology.
