Karen Van Winkle has extensive experience in accounting and administrative roles. Karen most recently worked as a Senior Staff Accountant at NoaNet since February 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Accountant at TCM Corp. from July 2017 to January 2022. Karen also worked as a Staff Accountant at BasX Solutions LLC from May 2016 to July 2017. Before that, they were the Administration Manager at PECTEC Corporation from June 2015 to January 2016. Additionally, Karen served as a Staff Accountant at Pro Equipment Sales and Pro Rentals & Sales, Inc. from June 2013 to April 2015. Karen previously held positions as HR Specialist & Community Development Specialist at NeighborImpact from November 2010 to December 2013, Owner at Central Oregon Business Solutions from July 2007 to December 2011, and Accounting and Office Manager at Hendricks Park from March 2010 to May 2011. Karen also worked as a Temp Worker at Express Personnel from January 2010 to November 2010, and briefly as an Owner at Central Oregon Bookkeeping Solutions Client in 2009.

Karen Van Winkle has had a diverse education history. Karen attended Clackamas Community College from 1980 to 1995, where they studied General Studies and Business. In 1997, they enrolled at Central Oregon Community College, focusing on Bookkeeping & Website Design, and completed their studies in 2008. In 2007, they obtained a Certification in Bookkeeping from the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers. In 2013, they attended Western Governors University, majoring in Business Management and completing their studies in 2015. Additionally, in January 2013, they obtained an NCRC Certificate from the NCRC institution.
