Patsy is a senior HR professional with significant experience working across different sectors and industries. As well as a trustee for NOAH, she is also a trustee for a national youth charity. She is currently Head of HR for a health thinktank organization and an independent member of the Judicial Appointments Commission. She is CIPD qualified and holds a MA in Employment and HR Studies. She joined NOAH as a trustee in March 2021.
