Colin Banham is a seasoned barrister with extensive experience in police discipline law, currently practicing at No5 Chambers since January 2017. Prior to this position, Colin worked at Pump Court Chambers from June 2013 to January 2017, and previously at The Chambers of Nicholas Valios Q.C. and Stuart Trimmer Q.C. from October 2000 to June 2013. With over a decade of experience representing officers at gross misconduct hearings and related appeals, Colin has managed cases following IPCC investigations, including those categorized as 'Force Critical Incidents'. Colin holds an Upper Second Degree in Law from Nottingham Trent University and completed the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law.
