Caitlin Davies currently serves as the Head of Workforce and Sector Development at No to Violence since February 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Safe and Equal as a Casual Sessional Trainer, Senior Manager - Learning at integratedliving Australia Limited, and Director/Founder of Brain Spark Global, which focuses on neuroscience-based learning workshops. Caitlin also founded Brave NeuWomen, dedicated to empowering girls and women by building confidence, courage, and resilience. Additionally, Caitlin operates Caitlin Davies Consulting and has a background in organizational development and learning and development roles at various organizations including SCOD and Epworth HealthCare. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from RMIT University and certifications from The Neuroscience Academy and CIPD in Learning and Development.
