Rolandas Povilanskas

Rolandas Povilanskas has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Rolandas is currently working at NO-CV as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), responsible for overseeing commercial operations. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Sales and Customer Care at the same company.

Before joining NO-CV, Rolandas worked at BITÄ– Lietuva as the B2B Regional Manager for Western Lithuania. In this role, they managed regional sales managers, negotiated with key business clients, and analyzed performance and financial reports.

Rolandas also worked at Cgates as the Regional Manager for B2C clients in the Å iauliai area. Rolandas'sresponsibilities included coordinating sales and technical departments, implementing sales strategies, and analyzing KPIs and competitors.

Rolandas has experience in the telecommunications industry as well. Rolandas worked at Tele2 Lietuva in multiple roles, including Head of Corporate (B2B) Sales Department and Head of B2B Sales for Western Lithuania. In these positions, they led sales teams, developed and implemented sales strategies, and negotiated with important clients.

Earlier in their career, Rolandas was an Area Sales Manager at British American Tobacco, where they focused on launching and distributing tobacco products and leading the sales team. Rolandas also served as the Regional Director of Office1 Superstore, where they established and managed the center in KlaipÄ—da, recruited and trained employees, and negotiated with major clients in Western Lithuania.

From 1990 to 1995, Rolandas Povilanskas attended Vilnius University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geography.
