Norman James Panganiban serves as an Advanced Consultant in Compliance & Validation at NNIT since November 2022 and as an Independent Consultant at AlphaSights. Previously, Norman worked at Boehringer Ingelheim as a Specialist in System Validation and Testing, where responsibilities included primary contact for SLCI and management of service activities, along with authoring and executing test cases. Earlier experience includes roles at Amherst Laboratories, Inc., progressing from Associate Process Engineer I to Associate Process Engineer II, contributing to technical services and validation activities, and acting as Employee Council Chairman. Norman began a career at BAUCH (Phils.) Laboratories Corp. as a Pollution Control Officer and Facilities Engineer. Academic credentials include a Master's degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Research and Development Management from the University of the Philippines, along with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
