Nagesh Sarma is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of the NNIT Global Migration Powerhouse since 2023, Nagesh focuses on facilitating digital transformation for diverse clientele. Nagesh co-founded Valiance Partners, where as Co-CEO, growth was achieved in the GxP migration market following the company's acquisition by NNIT. Nagesh's prior experience includes roles as Managing Director at Altro Solutions, where significant growth on the East Coast was achieved, and as Tech Lead at Intelligroup, where a flagship engagement with a national health insurance client was spearheaded. Nagesh began a career in technology at Nucleus Software Workshop as a Tech Lead, building a foundation in software development for financial services. Nagesh holds a Master of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Bachelor of Technology from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
