Mads Svingkær Egholm is an experienced Principal Solutions Architect at NNIT since June 2021, with a comprehensive background in freelance consulting as the owner of a consulting business since July 2010. Previous roles include Sr. Principal Consultant at SCALES Group A/S and Principal Consultant at AlfaPeople, focusing on functional solutions architecture and business analysis for large enterprise clients. Mads has extensive expertise in conducting workshops, defining functional requirements, and overseeing project lifecycles, ensuring systems align with client expectations. Additionally, Mads served as President of the Employee Association at Deltek and has held positions in customer support, IT management, and technical support during academic years. Mads holds an MSc and BSc in Computer Science and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, as well as an MBA from Tsinghua University.
