Nathan Davis is an experienced professional in the construction and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as a Senior Estimator at NMI Industrial Holdings, Inc. since March 2021. Previously, Nathan held estimating and project management roles at Martin's Steel Works, Inc., Michael and Company Fabricators, and Microform Precision, LLC, where responsibilities included soliciting new contracts, managing project life-cycles, and performing detailed material takeoffs. Nathan's early career involved procurement and inventory management at Integrated Metal Products, alongside various fabrication roles, which provided a strong foundation in the industry. Nathan holds a Master’s Degree in Human Services Counseling from Regent University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Southeastern University.
