Lino Harilal is an experienced professional in the field of dredging and marine operations, currently serving as Dredging Operations Manager and Works Manager at National Marine Dredging Company since July 2018. Previously, Lino held the roles of Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Dredging Superintendent at DEME Group from March 2011 to July 2018, focusing on planning, reporting site activities, and monitoring dredging operations. Lino holds a Master of Science in Ocean Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, completed in 2011, and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from TKM College of Engineering, Kollam, finished in 2007, along with a high school education in Science from New Indian Model School Dubai.
