Dr. Sreehari Pillai has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Dr Sreehari started their career in 2004 as a Specialist Physician in Stroke Medicine and Stem Cell Biology at NHS. In 2008, they joined the Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine. During their time there, they gained valuable experience in teaching and research. In 2013, Dr. Pillai joined NMC Healthcare, where they held multiple roles, including Medical Director, Internal Medicine Physician, and Medical Administrator. Dr Sreehari played a key role in managing medical operations and providing patient care. In 2016, they co-founded the Brexa breast cancer screening app, demonstrating their entrepreneurial spirit. Dr. Pillai's extensive experience and diverse roles make him a valuable asset in the medical field.
Dr. Sreehari Pillai completed their education in medicine, with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from Medical College Alappuzha in 2000. Dr Sreehari then pursued a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in Internal Medicine from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam from 2001 to 2004. Following that, they obtained the Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP UK) from the Royal College of Physicians in 2006. In recent years, Dr. Pillai has furthered their education in healthcare administration and international business. Dr Sreehari completed a certification program as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) from the Health Quality Certification Commission, USA in 2019. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from the University of Cumbria between 2018 and 2020.
