Gladness Mwanga is a researcher at the Nelson Mandela African Institute of Science and Technology (NM-AIST) since January 2021, focusing on developing a Decision Support Tool for Community-led Land Use Plans targeted at pastoral and agropastoral communities. Currently serving as Chief of Operations and Research at NOTTECH LAB since June 2019, Mwanga also worked as a consultant at SAGCOT from May 2018 to June 2020, where the role involved developing a database and mobile application for data collection. Mwanga's academic journey includes a PhD candidate tenure at NM-AIST (2016-2019) and previous positions as a research assistant and consultant at various organizations, including AU-IBAR and World Education. Mwanga holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree and a Master's degree in Information Communication Science and Engineering from NM-AIST.
