Sylviane Mertens is an experienced consultant specializing in SAP Plant Maintenance and Asset Management, currently working at NLMK Group since October 2023. Previously, Sylviane served as a Business Analyst for SNCB focusing on SAP PM and SAP S/4 HANA EAM from August 2022 to October 2023. Prior roles include Business Solution Expert at UCB, where responsibilities encompassed project business analysis, master data management, and coordinating key user communities across various countries.
