Leah Barrington is an experienced human resources professional with a background spanning various roles in HR management, benefits administration, and education. Currently serving as HR Benefits & Leaves Manager at nLIGHT since June 2021, Leah oversees the COVID program, manages benefits administration, and implements leave tracking practices. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Manager at Tower Foundation of SJSU, where Leah was the primary HR contact, and as an HR Coordinator supporting senior leadership. Leah has also worked as a preschool educator, highlighting a commitment to nurturing and supporting development in both children and employees. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Education from the University of California, Davis, and an Associate's Degree from De Anza College.
