Alex Hoeksma is the Founder, Co-owner, and Managing Director of InnSpire, a software engineering subsidiary focused on developing high-performing teams, since July 2021. Additionally, Alex serves as a Growth Mentor for nlgroeit, aiming to enhance growth capacity in SMEs in the Netherlands via an online platform. As an Angel Investor and advisory board member, Alex is involved with multiple innovative companies, including World of WOW, Onboard, Rotterzwam, TheyDo, Runnr.ai, and Appjection. Alex's educational background includes a BSc in Information Technology from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 1983 and 1987.
