Niels van Mol is a committed legal professional with extensive experience in tax law and education. Currently serving as a Docent at Tilburg Law School and as an Auteur at NLFiscaal, Niels is also a Fiscalist with the Ministerie van Financiën, focusing on foreign investors in the real estate sector. Niels has previously worked as a Tax lawyer at BLM Accountants & Adviseurs, a legal assistant in the Tax Chamber at de Rechtspraak, and as an intern in the tax department at FSV Accountants + Adviseurs B.V. Additionally, Niels is the former owner of Mol Financieel Advies, dedicated to assisting small business owners with tax issues. Niels holds a Master’s degree in Tax Economics from Tilburg University and is currently pursuing a Master of Real Estate at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate, alongside having completed a negotiation program at Harvard Law School.
