Jesse Halonen is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in engineering roles across various industries. Currently serving as Quality Manager at NLB Corporation since October 2021, Jesse previously held positions at Cummins, Inc. as an Application Engineer from July 2014 to October 2021, and at Henrob Corporation in a similar role from August 2010 to July 2014, focusing on automotive fastener applications and product design. Early career experience includes a Design Internship at the Keweenaw Research Center and a Manufacturing Internship at BOSS Snowplows, where Jesse applied lean manufacturing techniques and developed process designs.
