Radka Weidner, MBA has a strong background in human resources and personnel management. Most recently, they have been working as a Human Resources Director at NKT since 2022. Prior to that, Radka was the Head of Human Resources / HR Director at Strojmetal Aluminium Forging from 2020 to 2022, where they were responsible for all personnel processes and strategy. Radka has also served as an HR Manager at AISIN EUROPE MANUFACTURING CZECH s.r.o from 2017 to 2020. Radka's earlier experience includes roles as an HR Specialist / Recruiter for all branches in CZ at FM Logistic s.r.o. from 2014 to 2017, and as an HR Specialist / Coordinator / Recruiter at Index Noslus s.r.o. - a personnel agency from 2013 to 2014. Radka began their career as an HR Specialist and Administrator at Odonovan Transport from 2010 to 2012.
