Mark Skriver Nielsen currently serves as Chief Legal Officer, Company Secretary, and Attorney at NKT since June 2019, overseeing Corporate Affairs, including Corporate Commercial and M&A, Risk and Compliance, and Corporate Governance. Prior to NKT, Mark held various senior legal positions at KMD from August 2010 to May 2019, providing leadership in Group Legal and Corporate Compliance. Mark's experience also includes roles as General Counsel at both Telenor and Cybercity, where significant contributions were made to legal and regulatory frameworks during mergers and acquisitions. Mark's qualifications include a Master of Law from Københavns Universitet, an Attorney at Law certification, Board Education, and exposure to international law through studies at Queen Mary University of London.
