Kelsey Stavseth is an accomplished executive director at Northeast Kingdom Human Services Inc. since September 2021, with a strong background in child and family services as the associate director at Lund from April 2019 to September 2021. Kelsey has extensive experience in organizational development consulting, having worked with Helen Sanderson Associates and provided expertise in person-centered thinking, strategic planning, and executive coaching. Prior to that, Kelsey served in multiple roles at Howard Center, including team lead, where responsibilities included managing significant budgets and overseeing compliance with state mandates. Kelsey’s career also includes experiences in outreach coordination with Placer Land Trust and employee development at NativeEnergy, showcasing a diverse skill set ranging from educational program development to crisis support. Kelsey holds an MBA in Positive Organizational Development from Champlain College and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Economics from Saint Michael's College.
