Jo W. is an experienced facilitator, trainer, and coach with a focus on Personal Effectiveness, Change, Leadership, and Customer Service. Currently serving as an Associate Consultant at NKD since November 2011, Jo W. also holds the position of Managing Director at Bridge the Gap Training & Development since 2000. Additional roles include Training Consultant at Mary Gober International since 2001, and previously worked as a Freelance Associate Trainer for Places for People and Virgin Holidays, as well as a Training Executive at British Airways from 1988 to 2001. Jo W. holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics and English from Regent College.
