Paige Beierschmitt is an experienced HR manager and executive assistant, currently serving at the New Jersey School Boards Association since July 2023. Previously, Paige held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at Rancocas Valley Regional High School from April 2020 to July 2023, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruiting, policy development, and employee onboarding. Prior to that, Paige was a Key Leader at lululemon, showcasing skills in merchandising and customer relations. Earlier experiences also encompass coaching roles at Butler University and South Jersey Devils Girls Lacrosse Club, as well as a graduate assistant position at Misericordia University. Paige holds a Master’s degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management and dual Bachelor's degrees in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
