Dave Baynes possesses extensive maritime experience, currently serving as a CTV Master at Njord Offshore Ltd. since August 2017. Previously, Dave held roles as a CTV Master, Site Manager for seven Crew Transfer Vessels, and Skipper with Turbine Transfers Limited from June 2012 to July 2017, where responsibilities included vessel operation, navigation, maintenance, and technician transfers to offshore oil platforms in the Caribbean Sea. Prior experience includes solo navigation watches as a yacht delivery crew member with Professional Yacht Deliveries WW from September 2011 to June 2012, covering various regions including the Caribbean and North Sea, and serving for over 23 years in the Royal Navy as Chief Petty Officer Weapon Engineering Mechanic. Education was completed at Dowdales, Dalton-in-Furness, Cumbria, from 1983 to 1988.
