Chapman has been with NJM Insurance Group since September 2009, holding various titles including Senior Litigation Representative, Senior Bodily Injury Adjuster, Senior Property Damage Adjuster, and First Notice of Loss Associate. Prior to that, Chapman worked at CVS Pharmacy where Kara served as a Shift Supervisor, Pharmacy technician, and Photo lab technician. Kara holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rowan University and an Associate's degree in Psychology from Raritan Valley Community College.
