Abhas Mrig is an experienced product and operations manager currently serving as the Product Manager for Customer Excellence at Niyo Solutions Inc. since February 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing product operations, program management, and strategic initiatives aimed at improving customer experience for flagship products Niyo Global and NiyoX. Prior to this, Abhas held the position of Senior Product Manager at Kosh, leading go-to-market strategies and scaling loan disbursals significantly. With a background at CIIE.CO managing portfolios for early-stage financial inclusion startups, Abhas has also gained experience in various roles, including business analysis and project management across diverse sectors. Abhas holds a Master of Science in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Esade and a Bachelor of Technology in Power System Engineering from UPES.
