Katie Astle is an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant at Niyaa People since March 2021, previously serving as a Recruitment Consultant. Prior to this role, Katie worked at Tesco as a Customer Assistant during a challenging period marked by a redundancy due to the pandemic. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as Conference and Banqueting Coordinator at Marriott Hotels, where promotion occurred shortly after starting, and various roles in the hospitality sector including Front of House Operations at Marston's PLC and as Floor Manager for Best Parties Ever. Notable experiences also include managing a bar during the Hampton Court Flower Show and participating in an internship with The Walt Disney Company in Florida. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business Management from Leeds Beckett University, obtained in 2019.
